JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) – UK-based investment company Ruffer has acquired 10% of the total issued ordinary share capital of JSE-listed DRDGold.
DRDGold, led by CEO Niel Pretorius, recovers gold from the retreatment of surface tailings.

It produced 67 508 oz of gold in the six months ended December 31, 2016.
