An ‘all-in-one’ aerosol lubricant that displaces moisture and damp-induced faults, lubricates moving parts to keep them working smoothly and effectively, and penetrates and releases seized parts and fasteners is now available in a number of formulations.
The multi-purpose Action Can AC-90 lubricant can also be used to clean surfaces by removing greases, heavy oils, waxes and grime, while also offering effective short-term corrosion protection.
The formulation of the AC-90 lubricant is particularly suited for use in the engineering field for a range of applications, such as the lubrication of fittings, fixtures, locks, tools, sliding metal to metal parts, release of rusted thread fasteners, and cleaning industrial equipment and tools. It is also available in a National Sanitation Foundation, or NSF, H1 registered version for use in the food and beverage sector.
AC-90 contains active ingredients which rapidly spread into microscopic surface irregularities, displacing moisture and eliminating damp-induced faults on ignition circuits. It also ensures corrosion protection of metal parts and components, repelling atmospheric moisture and inhibiting flash-rusting.
Lubricating all moving parts, ensuring that they work smoothly and efficiently, eliminating stick-slip and improving operational efficiency are some of the most notable benefits of the lubricant. It rapidly penetrates and releases seized, corroded and over-tightened fasteners, leaving a fine lubricating film for ease of re-assembly and future protection. Action Can AC-90 does not contain silicone and is seen as an ideal product for cleaning many different types of surfaces, including metal, rubber, vinyl, most plastics and painted surfaces, effectively removing grime, grease residues and wax-based corrosion coatings.
The product is available from Vermont Sales in normal aerosol, twin spray and 5-litre cans.
