JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) – JSE-listed Hwange Colliery has appointed Jemister Chininga as chairperson to succeed Farai Mutamangira, who is stepping down to pursue other interests.
Mutamangira had been chairperson since August 2011.
Prior to his appointment as chairperson, Chininga served as nonexecutive director of Hwange, as well as Zimbabwe’s Ministry of Industry and International Trade deputy secretary for finance and administration and Zimbabwe Government Tender Board chairperson.
