JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) – Ron Reed has resigned as CFO of gold exploration company Giyani Gold, effective April 5.
Executive chairperson Duane Parnham would serve as acting CFO until a successor was appointed.
Giyani thanked Reed for his contribution to the company and wished him success in his future endeavours.
The triple-listed exploration company holds prospecting rights in the Giyani greenstone belt in Limpopo.
