A swivel site dumper designed for small to medium jobsites and crowded or confined areas, has been introduced.
The dumper measures 3.95 m in length and 4.41 m in width and features forward and swivel tipping mechanisms, allowing the load to rotate 90° on either side before being tipped. This technology aims to reduce the need to move equipment and, in turn, enhance productivity.
With payload options from 1 t to 10 t and a payload capacity of 3 000 kg, the Power Swivel site dumper is said to be ideal for industries such as concrete, landscaping and urban construction.
The dumper features a heavy-duty locking device that keeps the skip facing forward while on the move, improving safety levels. Additional operator technologies include start/stop control and
capture and hazard detection. Start/stop control aims to improve on-site safety, minimise fuel consumption and increase service intervals by automatically starting and stopping the engine in predetermined conditions. Capture is a telematics solution that allows rental centers and site managers to monitor unit location, distance traveled and hours completed each day. Hazard detection uses a microwave radar to provide obstacle detection to further increase safety on jobsites.
The TA3SH Power Swivel site dumper is available from Mecelac, a global designer, manufacturer and distributor of compact construction equipment for the urban environment.
