Astron Energy took part in the 2023 Mining Indaba. This is what Axola Myendeki, National Sales Manager – Direct Sales, Fuels and Lubricants, Commercial & Industrial (C&I), had to say about the event;
The mining indaba is a key annual calendar global event and this year’s theme was Stability, Security and Supply. With Astron Energy having the only operational coastal refinery in the back drop of a global commodity boom, our role in the sector is of keen interest in the mining space, given that we are a key contributor to the sectors stability and Energy Supply. Our visible participation went a long way in entrenching and getting key mining decision makers to interact with our brand. We had over 100 interactions with customers, competitors and other players in the sector. Common theme from these conversation was around a fully integrated fuel, lubricants and renewables solution/s.
