Canadian junior Alpha Copper has announced a definitive agreement to acquire the Okeover copper/molybdenum project, in British Columbia.
The company is buying the project from exploration firm NorthWest Copper for C$500 000 in shares and a 2% net smelter returns royalty.
Okeover encompasses 12 mineral claims comprising about 4 613 ha.
